Where your order is shipped from

Aussie Bazar works with Australian and international suppliers. Depending on the product, your order may be dispatched from:

Australia
Nepal
China
Other international fulfilment locations

The ship-from location for each product is stated on the individual product page, in the "Shipping and Delivery" tab. Please check it before ordering.

Dispatch (processing) time

Dispatch time is the time it takes us to hand your order to the carrier after you place it.

Australia-shipped products: 1–3 business days
International-shipped products: 2–5 business days

Some handcrafted items need extra preparation time. Where this applies, it is stated on the individual product page.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

These are estimates only and exclude weekends, public holidays and customs/border processing where relevant. Delivery is not guaranteed to an exact date.

Australia: 1–2 weeks
China: 2–5 weeks
Nepal: 3–6 weeks

These are general ranges. The most accurate estimate for any product is shown on its individual product page, because some items (for example, bulky, handcrafted or restricted items) take longer.

What this means for you

Products shipped from overseas may arrive separately from other items in the same order.
Orders may arrive in more than one parcel and possibly over different weeks.
Tracking is provided where the carrier offers it. Tracking for international shipments may only update once the parcel reaches Australia.
Delivery delays can occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, weather, peak periods and transport disruptions. These are outside our control.

Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses within Australia. Some products may have limited delivery availability within Australia due to product restrictions, carrier limitations or other shipping requirements. Check the individual product page for any restrictions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight and delivery destination, and are shown before you pay. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which is also shown at checkout.

We never add surprise shipping charges after you have placed an order — the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
